Recruitment Process
1. Registration
Mandatory Registration: Each final year student must register with the Placement Cell. This registration is free of charge and must be completed before the campus placement drives begin.
2. Campus Drive Schedule
Campus placement drives is held between March to May once a year.
3. Coordination with Companies
Company Outreach: The Placement Cell contacts various companies to understand their recruitment needs and job profiles.
Scheduling: The date and time for the campus drive are fixed based on mutual convenience between the companies and the Institute.
4. Student Notification and Preparation
Eligibility Notification: Eligible students who are interested in participating are informed about the upcoming placement drives.
Job Profile Awareness: Students are made aware of the specific criteria and job profiles of the companies coming for the drive.
5. Pre-Placement Activities
Mock Interviews: Simulated interviews to help students practice and improve their interviewing skills.
Group Discussions: Practice sessions to enhance students’ articulation, critical thinking, and public speaking abilities.
Aptitude Tests: Training and practice sessions to help students prepare for the written exams commonly part of the recruitment process.
6. Placement Day Facilities
Infrastructure Support: The Placement Committee provides rooms equipped with LCD projectors and other necessary amenities to facilitate the recruitment process.
